Complaints procedure

Mohr Advocaat attaches great importance to the satisfaction of its clients. The firm will do everything in its power to provide you with the best possible service. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are dissatisfied with a certain aspect of the service. Below is described what you can do in that case. This complaints procedure applies not only to the lawyer, but also to persons working under the responsibility of the lawyer concerned.


If you are a client and are dissatisfied with the formation or execution of a contract, the quality of our services or a bill, we request that you first raise your objections with your own lawyer. If that does not help, you can address your complaint to the Complaints Officer.
